We find no merit in the present Special Leave Petition. The Special Leave Petition is accordingly dismissed. Consequently, all pending applications are also disposed of.

We find no merit in the present Special Leave Petition. The Special Leave Petition is accordingly dismissed. The consideration paid by the petitioners, if any, be refunded to them, if not already refunded, with interest at the rate of 9% per annum by the concerned respondent. This will be done forthwith.
