UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
SLP(C)Nos.2899-2900/2023 and SLP(C)No.2732/2023
1. Pursuant to the order dated 17.04.2023, and as jointly prayed by counsel for the parties, these matters are referred to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement of the dispute.
2. The parties are, accordingly, directed to appear before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre on 01.03.2024 at 12.00 Noon.
3. The parties shall extend full cooperation to the learned Mediator.
4. List immediately after receipt of a report from the learned Mediator.

1. The application for permission to appear and argue in person is allowed.
2. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 states that as per the instructions received from his client, the complaint case under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, has been withdrawn, and as such, this Transfer Petition has become infructuous.
3. The Transfer Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as having become infructuous.
4. As a result, the pending interlocutory application also stands disposed of.
