UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondent for some time.
2. It seems during the course of hearing that the matrimonial dispute can be amicably resolved in the following terms:
(i) The parties are agreeing for a decree of divorce by mutual consent.
(ii) The girl child, as of now, shall continue under the care and custody of the respondent (mother). However, the petitioner (father) shall be granted visitation rights for which suitable directions shall be issued by this Court.
(iii) The petitioner (father) will pay maintenance, lump-sum or otherwise to his daughter only and not to the respondent-wife.
(iv) The parties shall withdraw the cases filed against each other. If there are cases, which cannot be withdrawn, list thereof be furnished to us to pass appropriate orders.
3. Let learned counsel for the parties may file a joint

application invoking powers of this Court under Article 142 of the Constitution of India.
4. Post this matter on 17.09.2024.
