This is an Appeal by Special Leave Petition granted vide this Court's Order dated 17.11.2006.

It is submitted that Service of Notice of Lodgment of Petition of Appeal is complete on sole Respondent/State and is represented by Mr. Milind Kumar, Advocate.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Appellant has not filed additional documents.

CRIMINAL APPEAL NO. 542 OF 2007

This is an Appeal by Special Leave Petition granted vide this Court's Order dated 05.04.2007.

It is submitted that Service of Notice of Lodgment of Petition of Appeal is complete on all the Respondents and the Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4, 6 to 8, 11 and 12 are represented by Mr. Praveen Swarup, Advocate. No one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3, 5 and 9, so far.

Service Report in respect of Respondent No.10 has been received from the High Court vide letter dated 03.11.2007 stating therein that Respondent No.10 viz. Shyoji S/o Harji has died two years back.

It is further submitted that common Original Records from the High court as well as from the Trial Court have been received and the same are available in the Court Room for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is also submitted that Counsel for the Appellant has not filed additional documents and the matter(Criminal Appeal No. 542 of 2007) above mentioned was listed before the Court of Registrar on 12.12.2011, when the following order was passed:

"As last chance, additional documents are to be filed before 19.1.2012.

Thereafter, Registry to process the matter for final hearing, without waiting for additional documents, since the matter is of the year 2007."

It is lastly submitted that Counsel for the Appellant has filed additional documents.

The appeals are ready for hearing.

The Appeals above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
