UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

A simple prayer for pass over for the day made on behalf of the respondents has been seriously opposed by the learned senior counsel for the appellants on the ground that the L.I.C. had taken a categorical stand on 4th December, 2014 and the order passed on that day records that a Scheme has already been framed where under all the 92 Class III employees, now before this Court, will be entitled to regularization. It was further recorded that the preparation of formal orders is in progress and the same will be furnished to this Court on the next date of hearing which was fixed as 16th December, 2014. According to Mr. Pramod Swarup, learned senor counsel, the matter has only been adjourned thereafter awaiting formal orders which have not been produced before this Court till date.

In view of such strong objection to prayer for adjournment, by way of last opportunity, we direct these matters to be posted on 28th September, 2016. It will be open for the parties to complete

the pleadings in connected matters by the next date of hearing. In case the pleadings are not complete, the connected matters may be de-tagged. It is also expected that the earlier representation made on behalf of the L.I.C. is complied with in the meantime.
