Despite due service on both respondents, there is no appearance.
Hence, process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules.
Civil Appeal Nos. 1744-1761/2021
Application for amendment of cause title in respect of deceased respondent no. 1 in C.A. No. 1745/2021 is filed, since the Lrs. are already brought on record before the Hon'ble High Court.
The notice issued to respondent no. 1 in C. A. No. 1750, 1752 and 1756/2021 is returned with remark "the Firm is not under their control".
Hence, two weeks time is granted, as a last chance, to the appellants to take fresh steps and furnish particulars, to issue notice to the said respondent.
Service is complete in respect of remaining respondents.
Four weeks time, is granted to the representing respondents to file counter affidavit, if not already filed.
After expiry of the said period, process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers to consider the application for amendment of cause title.
