Service of notice is complete on respondent No. 2 but none has entered appearance on his behalf.

Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to respondent No. 1 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of two weeks. In addition notice be issued through Ld. Standing Counsel.

Ld. Counsel for appellants has failed to file amended cause title, as Lrs. are already stated to be brought on record in the High Court.

On request of Ld. Counsel for appellants, two weeks time as last and final opportunity is given to do the needful, failing which the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions.

In case of compliance, list the matter again before this Court on 10.2.2023.
