However, Ld. Counsel for respondent nos.11 to 14, Ms. Aakshi Lodha submits that counter affidavit on behalf of said respondent was e-filed on 31.03.2025 which is within time. The said fact is not reflected in the office report. Let Registry to verify this fact.
Copy of the counter affidavit be served upon other side counsels, if not already served.
Opportunity to file counter affidavit to other appearing respondent already been declined.
Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has stated that the Central Council of Indian Medicine which was arrayed as respondent no.6 in SLP(C) No.2992/2024. However, the said Central Council of Indian Medicine has been dissolved and therefore, Ld. Counsel has sought to implead National Commission for Indian System of Medicine as respondent no.6 in SLP(C) No.2992/2024. In this regard, Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has already filed an application for impleadment.
Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for deletion with regard to respondent nos.7 & 4 in SLP(C) Nos.2992 and 2994/2024.
Hence, process the applications for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers, for further directions.
