UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Heard Dr. Ashwani Kumar, Mr. Shyam Divan, Mr. Shanti Bhushan and Mr. V. Shekhar, learned senior counsel for the parties. In I.A. No.4 is an application for correction/modification of order dated 21.5.2014. It was suggested to the learned senior counsel that to find a lasting solution, the proceedings pending before the Charity Commissioner can be directed to be disposed of on a time bound basis. Counsel for both the sides agreed to the said suggestion.
Dr. Ashwani Kumar, learned senior counsel for the applicant, however, stated that certain directions can be issued to the interim Board, constituted by our order dated 21.5.2014. Though, we are not inclined to accept the said prayer, we permit the
2 applicant to file a concise statement as to on what areas any such directions/guidelines are required. The applicant is also directed to file the list of cases which are pending before the Charity Commissioner. Call on 26.08.2014.
