UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Report No.18 of 2018 filed by the C.E.C. be registered as I.A.
Issue notice, returnable in six weeks.

Report No.21/2018 filed by the C.E.C. dated 09.05.2018 has been perused by us.
From the said report it appears that presently examination of the matter is being carried out by the C.E.C. and the NMDC has sought time before the C.E.C. to submit additional documents. Accordingly C.E.C. has submitted its report that they would comment upon the application filed by the NMDC only on receipt of the documents to be provided by the NMDC.
List the application on 19th July, 2018.

Report No.20 of 2018 filed by the C.E.C. dated
08.05.2018 shows that the applicant has sought time in the proceedings before the C.E.C. for a determination of the question arising in I.A. No.37377.
Insofar as I.A. No.212 is concerned, we direct that a notice be issued by the C.E.C. to the lessee in the said application enabling him to appear before the C.E.C. and lay before the said authority all records and documents as may be relevant.
Both the applications (IA 37377 & IA 212) will be considered on 19th July, 2018
C.E.C. to file a report of the outcome of the proceedings in both the cases within eight weeks.
