The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 16th February, 2015, when the court passed the following order:-
"The office report indicates that the Certificate of Service in respect of the unserved respondents has not been received from the concerned Tribunal as yet. A reminder shall be issued and list again on 18.03.2015."
It is submitted that certificate of service in respect of unserved respondent Nos. 11-12,15,22,25,29,37,39,43,49-50,54 has been received but no one has entered appearance on theif behalf. Respondent Nos. 1 & 14 are represented by Mr. K.V.Mohan and Mr. B.K. Prasad, advocates respectively. Certificate of service in respect of unserved respondents Nos. 2-10, 13, 16-21, 23-24, 26-28,30-36,38,40-42,44-48, 51-53 and 55-56 are still awaited from the Tribunal despite registry's reminder dt. 18.02.2015.
It is further submitted that the counsel for the appellant has on 23.02.2015 filed an application for substituted service in respect of unserved respondent nos. 2-10, 13, 16-21, 23-24, 26-28,30-36,38,40-42,44-48, 51-53 and 55-56.
