It is submitted that the matters above mentioned have been filed under Section 125 of the Electricity Act, 2003 against the Commmon judgment and order dated 28.11.2014 of the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, New Delhi in Appeal No. 61 and 62 of 2012.
It is further submitted that Civil Appeal No. 4323 of 2015 arising out of common order is pending before this Hon'ble Court and this Court on 05.05.2015 was pleased to admit the appeal . (Copy of record of proceeding is enclosed herewith)
It is further submitted that Civil Appeal No. 884 of 2010 referred to on Page 'C' is pending before this Hon'ble Court and this Court on 08.02.2010 was pleased to issue notice . (Copy of record of proceeding is enclosed herewith)
It is lastly submitted that the Registry has pointed out the defect that copy of the order dated 26.08.2012 is required. In this regard, Mr. Pukhramabam Ramesh Kumar, Advocate has on 16.09.2015 filed letter dated 15.09.2015 . (copy of the same is enclosed herewith)
