"The Learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 seeks and is given four weeks' time as last chance to file the coutner afffidavit.
The learned counself for the appellant has stated that her name has not been generated in the cause list. Office shall rectify the database accordingly. The office report indicates that the certificate of service and the original record has not been received. A reminder shall be issued. List the matter on 30.10.2014."
It is submitted that the counsel for the respondent No. 1 has not filed the counter affidavit so far. Appellant is represented through Mr. K.V. Mohan, advocate and his name has already been
generated in the Cause List.
It is further submitted that Certificate of service in respect of Respondent Nos. 6, 14, 37 and 43 has been received but no one has entered appearance so far. Certificate of service in respect of Respondent Nos. 2 to 5, 7 to 13, 15 to 42 and 44 to 56 and original record from Tribunal is still awaited despite this registry's reminder dt. 12.08.2014.
