"The substantial question of law framed in order to seek admission of the appeals, in the considered view of the Court, do not give rise to any such issue of law which would require an authoritative pronouncement answer from the Court. On the aforesaid sole ground itself, these appeals are liable to be dismissed. However, as the learned counsel for the appellant has prayed for time to explore as to whether there could be any other substantial question(s) of law, the matters are adjourned for eight weeks."
