Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and gone through this transfer petition filed under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it fit and proper to transfer H.M.A. No. 1916 of 2016 titled as "Devashish Seetha Vs. Poornima Seetha" from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court at Raipur, Chhattisgarh to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

We order accordingly.

The Registry is directed to immediately transmit a copy of this order to both the Courts.

However, we make it clear that the transferee court is still free to make further attempts for mediation between the parties.
