Ors. vs. State of Maharashtra & Ors. (Civil Appeal No.5041 of 2005), i t is not necessary to make any observation at this stage, except that the admissions made would be in terms thereof. Admissions under the N.R.I . quota hereinafter shall be made in terms of the law laid down in P.A.Inamdar (supra). The colleges will intimate by 10th Oct ober, 2005, the State Government about the particulars of the persons ad mitted,
