The application above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 23rd July, 2012, when the Court was pleased to pass the following:-

"Issue notice in the Application. Mr. Sanjay K. Agrawal, accepts notice in the application on behalf of respondent No. 1."

Accordingly show cause notice in the Application for stay was issued to Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4 through their counsel and to Respondent Nos. 5, 13, 15, 16 and 18 (wrongly mentioned as Respondent Nos. 4 to 8) through Regd. A.D. Post. A.D cards duly signed in respect of Respondent Nos. 13 and 15 have been received but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice have been received in respect of Respondent Nos. 5, 16 and 18. Upon the non-service of notice, the matter was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court from time to time and lastly listed before the Ld. Registrar on 5th January, 2016, when the following order was passed:-

"In the I.A., Ld. Counsel for the applicant has failed to take fresh stpes in respect of the respondent Nos. 4, 7 & 8 in spite of last chance granted. Viewed in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions. Await orders and list thereafter."

It is submitted that counsel for the Appellant has not taken fresh steps in respect of Respondent Nos. 5, 16 and 18 (wrongly mentioned as 4, 7 and 8), till date. However, Respondent No.5 (Union of India) is a contesting respondent and Respondent Nos. 16 and 18 are proforma respondents.

The default of the Counsel for the Appellants in the matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers with this office report for further directions.
