UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
I.A. No. 4883 of 2022
The present application has been filed seeking the following reliefs:
a) Pass an order condoning a delay of 1341 days in making the payment of compensation, payable in terms of this Hon'ble Court's Judgment dated 02.08.2017; and

- b) Pass an order directing the State Government to permit the Applicant to resume mining operations subject to the receipt of all requisite statutory clearances;
- c) Pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case.
Heard learned counsel/learned Senior counsel appearing for the parties.
The learned senior counsel appearing for the State states that he has no objections to the present application.
Taking into consideration the averments made in the Interlocutory Application, and the submissions of the learned counsel/learned Senior counsel, we allow the said application, subject to the payment of compensation and balance amount of interest by the applicant(s), and the receipt of all statutory clearances.
