It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Yashraj Singh Deora, Advocate on 08.08.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 08.05.2015 & 25.11.2013 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RP No. RALP 34 of 2015 and LPA No. 1973 of 2013 (O & M) respectively along with the application for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment/order.

It is further submitted that SLP filed against the Order dated 08.05.2015 is within time, whereas there is a delay of 531 days in filing the SLP against the order dated 25.11.2013 and Counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing SLP.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 843 of 2015 @ CC No. 12056 of 2014 Entitled Bhakra Beas Management Board & Others Versus Joginder Kaur & Others arising out of same Judgment was dismissed as withdrawn on 09.01.2015 by Hon'ble Court. (Copy of order dated 09.01.2015 is annexed as Annexure P7 at page no.104 in the paper books).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
