It is further submitted that Mrs. Pragati Neekhra, Advocate for the petitioner/State of Himachal Pradesh has resigned from the post of Standing Counsel, but no other Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of State of Himachal Pradesh so far. However, the name of Mr. Ajay Marwah, Advocate who is standing counsel for State of Himachal Pradesh has been updated for State of Himachal Pradesh.
