The Office Report for Direction dated 26.04.2016 in the matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers on 04.05.2016, when His Lordship was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has already furnished the fresh particulars of sole respondent. Registry to verify and proceed further accordingly."

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner was required to file fresh particulars of sole respondent but he has not filed the same, so far. However, Counsel for the petitioner has on 25.04.2016 filed the same address of sole respondent from where notice was received unserved with postal remarks "No person of such name resides on the given address".

The Office Report for directions is listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers.
