Srikanya⬠\235, pending before the Court of Senior Civil Judge at Kudligi, Bellary, State of Karnataka to the Family Court, Visakhapatnam (Vizag), State of Andhra Pradesh. The transferor Court shall forthwith transmit the entire record relating to the aforesaid case to the transferee Court for deciding the case in accordance with law. Both the parties are at liberty to request the transferee Court to refer the matter to mediation centre before the proceedings start on merits of the case.
