UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Upon perusal of the papers, we find that Misc. Application No. 6283/2011 filed for stay in W.A.No. 4734 of 2011 is still pending before the High Court. It would be open to the petitioners to approach the High Court with a prayer that the said application is heard at an early date and preferably, within six weeks from today.
