It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr.Mohal Lal Sharma , Advocate on 18.2.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 3.11.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 808/2012 .

It is further submitted that initially SLP filed against the Order dated 3.11.2015 was within time but there was a delay of 11 days in refiling the SLP. Counsel had filed an application for condonation of delay in refiling the SLP and the same has been condoned by Additional Registrar IB on 31.3.2016.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) No. 5690/2016 Entitled RAJBIR AND ORS vs STATE OF HARYANA AND ORS as both are arising out of similar issue.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the copies of order/notification dated 22.6.2006, 20.6.2007, 28.3.2006 and 28.11.2008. In this regard, counsel has given a letter dated 18.3.2016 stating therein that the same are not required and Counsel has requested to list the matter

at his own risk and allow the matter to be refiled.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
