The applications in the matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 20th July, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

''Issue notice on I.A. Nos. 4, 5 and 6 of 2015.''

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the six proposed Lrs. of deceased respondent No. 1 and Advocate for Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 through registered A.D. post on 4/8/2015. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers have been received back in respect of proposed Lrs. Nos. 1 to 6 of deceased respondent No. 1. Service of show cause notice is incompelte.

It is further submitted that counsel for the Appellant has on 18/8/2015 filed affidavit of service along-with proof of service after effecting service of chamber summons upon all the proposed Lrs of deceased respondent No. 1.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
