UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

We have heard Mr. Maninder Singh, learned ASG as also the Additional Secretary, Government of India who is present in person along with the Administration of the Union Territory of

Lakshdweep. Mr. Gaurav Pachnanda, learned Amicus has in his written submissions enclosed Appendix A setting out the format in which certain information relevant to the disposal of these proceedings can be furnished by the Government of India.

Mr. Maninder Singh submits that the Government will have no difficulty in not only tabulating the information in terms of the said format but also indicating the time lines within which several exercises to be undertaking shall be completed. He seeks a weeks' time to do the needful. Mr. V.Giri, learned senior counsel is free to file his rejoinder affidavit to the reply affidavit filed by the Government of India.
