He prays for and is granted six weeks' time to place on record, in the form of an additional affidavit, the outline of the various follow-up actions that the Government proposes to take and the time-lines for such action.

The Registry is directed to furnish a copy of the Final Report received from the Expert Committee and all previous orders which the amicus might require to assist us in the matter.

Post on Tuesday, the 20th January, 2015."

It is submitted that Mr. D.S. Mahra, Advocate has on 19.1.2015 filed additional affidavit (copy of the same is being circulated for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

It is further submitted that accordingly copy of final report as well as all previous orders alongwith complete set of pleadings was handed over to Mr. Gaurav Pachnanda, Amicus Curaie.
