The matter above mentioned has been filed by Mr. Vishwa Pal Singh, Advocate on behalf of the petitioner against the judgment and order dated 25th July, 2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh passed in VAT Appeal No. 6 of 2012 (O&M). There is a delay of 621 days in filing and 159 days in refiling the instant Special Leave Petition. Contd....2/
It is submitted that Civil Appeal No. 9362 of 2016 @ Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 27656 of 2016 @ Special Leave Petition (Civil) No.........CC13336 of 2016 arising out of common order is pending and was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14th September, 2016 along with other connected matters when the Hon'ble Court granted leave (copy of the record of proceedings dated 14th September, 2016 is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court). (Main matter Civil Appeal No. 9342 of 2016).
It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioners vide letter dated 10th January, 2017 has given a reference of SLP(C) D. No. 25799 of 2015 stating therein that the said Special Leave Petition is similar and concerned with the value added tax (VAT) and in the said petition, the petitioners have filed all the documents and hence the instant Special Leave Petitions may be tagged with SLP(C) D.No. 25799 of 2015 (copy of the letter dated 10th January, 2017 is annexed at page No. 75 of the SLP paper books).
It is lastly submitted that SLP(C).........CC No. 20072008 of 2017 arising out of SLP(C)......D.No. 25799 of 2015 have been tagged with SLP(C),,,,,,,CC1632 of 2017.

The matters above mentioned have been filed by Mr. Vishwa Pal Singh, Advocate against the common final Judgment and Order dated 25th July, 2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana passed in VAT AP No. 19 of 2013, VAT AP No. 20 of 2013, VAT AP No. 21 of 2013 and VAT AP No. 49 of 2012 (O & M).

It is further submitted that in the instant matters counsel for the petitioners has also vide letter dated 10th January, 2017 given a reference of SLP(C) D. No. 25799 of 2015 stating therein that the said Special Leave Petition is similar and concerned with the value added tax (VAT) and in the said petition, the petitioners have filed all the documents and hence the instant Special Leave Petitions may be tagged and list along with SLP(C) D. It is lastly submitted that the instant matters are tagged with Special Leave Petition (Civil).........CC NO. 1632 of 2017 arising out of common followed Judgment.
The matters alongwith applications abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
