We have heard the learned counsel for the parties at length and do not find any error in the findings of the High Court affirming the trial Court judgment. The appeal is dismissed.

We are informed that the appellant, Gulzar, has already suffered incarceration for over 22 years. It will be open to the appellant, Gulzar, to file a representation/application for premature release/remission, indicating his age at the time of the offence. Any such representation/application may be considered and decided in accordance with law. The conduct of the appellant, Gulzar, in jail will also be taken into consideration.
