Heard Mr. Kaushal Yadav, learned Advocate in support of the petition.
We see no reason to interfere.
The SLP is dismissed accordingly.
However, considering the fact that the petitioner claims to be victim of an offence punishable under Section 376 IPC, it is directed that the name of the petitioner be substituted by expression "XYZ" in the record, in keeping with Section 228A IPC.
