UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Taken on Board.
Application for exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned interim order is allowed.
Issue notice returnable in six weeks.
Shri Sridhar Potaraju, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of contesting colleges who are respondents in these special leave petitions.
Notice shall now issue to respondent No. 6- The All India Council for Technical Education and respondent No. 5 - The Admission & fee Regulatory Committee only.
Pending further orders, we direct as under :
1) The petitioner-university shall allow the students admitted to the respondent-institutes to appear in the ensuing examination relevant to their courses at their own risk and subject to determination of their eligibility before the declaration of results;
2) The declaration of results of the examination shall remain stayed, pending further orders of this Court;
3) The respondent-institutes shall not make any admissions to the courses offered by them for academic session 2016-17 without prior permission of this Court.
We request the High Court to take up for hearing and dispose of the writ appeals pending before it as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two months from today.
This order shall be communicated to the students admitted to the institutes and hereby permitted to appear in the examination by the respondent institutes.
