- 5 The Director General of Foreign Trade shall file a counter affidavit within a period of three weeks explaining the policy of the Government of India in regard to the export of Red Sanders.
- 6 Till the next date of listing, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner on the basis of the impugned judgment and order of the High Court dated 3 December 2020 in Writ Petition No 27474 of 2019.
- 7 Mr Mahfooz Ahsan Nazki states that the State of Andhra Pradesh has also filed a Special Leave Petition, being Diary No 4123 of 2021, against the judgment and order of the High Court, which is impugned in these proceedings. The above Special Leave Petition shall also be tagged with the present Special Leave Petition.
