O R D E R
Having heard Mr. Vishwanathan K.V. and Mr. Neeraj Kishan Kaul, learned senior counsel for the respective appellants and having perused the materials placed on record, we are not inclined to entertain these appeals, essentially for the reason that the matter relates to the interim orders and then, the appeals [being Company Appeal (AT) No. 24 of 2022 and Company Appeal (AT) No. 25 of 2022] are pending before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi; and as per the directions in the impugned order dated 4th February, 2022, would come up for admission (after notice) on 28th February, 2022.
Though, we are not entertaining these appeals because the matter is pending before the Appellate Tribunal as also before the National Company Law Tribunal but, looking to the grievances projected on behalf of the appellants and the totality of Digitally signed by Rajni Mukhi Date: 2022.02.21 18:30:52 IST Reason: Signature Not Verified

circumstances, it cannot be denied that the matter does require expeditious consideration.
Thus, we leave it open for the appellants to make appropriate request for early taking up of the matter before the Appellate Tribunal. We hope and trust that such a request for early taking up of the matter, and in priority, would be given due consideration by the Appellate Tribunal.
It goes without saying that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case either way.
Subject to the observations foregoing, these appeals stand dismissed.
All pending applications stand disposed of.
