Birla ,Adv [for Respondent No.2] UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R 2 These interlocutory applications have been filed by the respondents seeking permission of the Court to allow them to appear in the examinations which are going to commence with effect from 9.6.2012. If they are not granted permission to appear in the examinations then it would be a great loss to them as they would have to wait for the next examinations.
The respondents/applicants belong to the category of secondary trainees. Thus, we grant permission only these four applicants, namely, Dr. Chetan Ramesh Jathar, Dr. Sudarshan Vijay Pawar, Dr.

Nilesh Balwant Gourshettiwar and Dr. Deep Bharat Parekh to appear in the examination of DNB secondary course scheduled to be held with effect from 9th June, 2012, subject to their depositing the requisite fees and also if they have completed requisite attendance. They would be allowed to appear in the Examination, but their results would be kept in sealed covers and they would not claim any equity in their favour. Provisional registration would be issued to them by the National Board of Examinations. Interim order granted by this Court on 11.5.2012, except this variation, would continue. With the aforesaid directions, these interlocutory applications stand disposed of.
