As the similar matters [W.P.(C)No.494/2012 and other connected matters] have already been directed to be listed before the Constitution Bench on 17.01.2018, let this matter be also listed on the same day.

Let the matter be listed on 04.01.2018.

In the meantime, as agreed to by the learned Attorney General for India, he shall file the amended Draft Rules before the Court on the next date of hearing so that the same shall be in consonance with the judgment rendered by this Court. He shall also serve copies of the same on Mr.Arvind Datar and Mr.Mohan Prasaran, learned senior counsel who shall peruse the same and, if necessary, point out anything contrary to the learned Attorney General before the matter is taken up by the Court.
