UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Having heard Mr. V. Giri, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Asim Pandya, learned senior counsel for the respondent(s), we find no merit in the Special Leave Petition particularly having regard to the fact that the High Court has stated that the petitioner can have recourse under law in respect of the grievances that he has sought.
The special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
However, the cost of Rs.5 lakhs (Rupees Five Lakhs only) imposed by the High Court stands set aside.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
