In the meantime, further proceedings in Matrimonial Case No.03 of 2015, titled Rakesh Ranjan vs. Sarika, pending before the Principal Family Court, Katihar, Bihar and Case No.2108 of 2015, titled Sarika Lal vs Rakesh Ranjan and Others, pending before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, Bihar, shall remain stayed."

Accordingly, notice was issued to all the four Respondent through Registered A.D. post on 9-3-2017.

It is submitted that notice has been delivered to Respondent NO. 1 on 17-3-2017 and not delivered to Respondent No. 2, 3 and 4 as per track report of Postal Authority. (Copy enclosed)

Service of show cause notice is complete on Respondent No. 1 and not complete on Respondent NO. 2, 3 and 4.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
