The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 03.07.2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"List after service is complete."

It is submitted that instant matter is an after notice matter. There are five respondents in the instant matter.

It is further submitted that Mr. Chanchal K. Ganguly, Advocate has on 11.05.2015 filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of common Respondent No. 3/State of West Bengal in both matters.

It is further submitted that pursuant to Court's Order dated 23.02.2015 Counsel for the Petitioner has on 01.09.2015 filed affidavit with proof of dasti service on unserved respondent nos. 1, 2, 4 and 5 but no one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 1, 2, 4 and 5.

Thereafter, the matters above mentioned were listed before the Registrar Court on 29.09.2015, when the following order was passed:

"Service upon respondent Nos.1, 2, 4 and 5 is complete but none has entered appearance.

Respondent No.3 has not filed the counter affidavit, despite the warning of last opportunity. Since the time stipulated has also expired, further opportunity is hereby declined.

Presence and pleadings of all these petitions stand complete.

Registry to process the same to be listed before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules."

Service of Notice is complete in respect of Respondent Nos. 1,2,4 and 5 by way of dasti service but no one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 1, 2, 4 and 5.

The matters above mentioned are therefore listed before Hon'ble Court with this office report.
