The matters above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber on 26.10.2015, when the court was pleased to pass the following order :-

" Final time granted by this Court stands expired in August, 2015. As prayed for, two weeks' final time is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioners to comply with the undertaking and file the order dated 21.06.2010, failing which the special leave petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 15.12.2015 filed an application for restoration of SLP alongwith Annexure A & B which is within time. Pursuant to Court's Order quoted above, counsel for the Petitioner has not filed copy of the order dated 21.06.2010 but, he has mentioned in the application at Page No. 2 in Para No. 4 of the application in this regard. Application has been registered as I.A. No. 2. Copy of the same is placed with SLP paper books.

The application in the matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Judge-in-chamber with this Office Report.
