Respondent nos.2 to 5, 7, 8, 12, 15, 16, 19 to 28, 30, 33, 35 to 38, 43 to 46, 49, 50, 52, 53, 61 to 64, 66 to 68, 70 to 73, 75, 77, 79, 80 to 84, 87, 90, 92, 95, 97 to 99, 101, 102, 104 to 106, 109 to 111, 113, 117, 119, 122, 123 and 126 to 128 have already filed counter affidavit.

Respondent nos. 11, 13,14,22,24 and 29 in SLP(C)No.2645/2024, respondent nos.1, 2 to 5, 8, 15 and 24 in SLP(C) No.2648/2024, respondent nos.1 to 6, 15, 21, 29 in SLP(C) No. 2650/2024 and respondent nos. 4, 12, 14, 15, 24 and 29 in SLP(C)No.2651/2024 have filed counter affidavit.

Respondent nos.9, 107, 108 and 114 are granted four weeks' as last opportunity time for filing counter affidavit.

Service is complete on the remaining respondents but none has entered appearance.

At the end of the period aforesaid, whether counter affidavit is filed or not, Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules.

Today, it is submitted by the ld. Counsel for the petitioner that the respondents in Diary No(s). 3999/2024 are the same as the respondents in SLP(C)N0. 2643-2651/2024, hence there is no requirement of separate service on these respondents. Submission is taken on record. Registry to verify and report. If respondents in Diary No(s). 3999/2024 are the same as in SLP(C)N0. 2643-2651/2024, then in light of the submission made by the ld. Counsel for the petitioner, no separate service is required on the said respondents. If after verification, respondents are found to be the same in both matters, Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules. However, if it is not the case, list again on 25.10.2024.
