The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 04.03.2016 with an office report dated 02.03.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Delay condoned.

Issue notice on the Special Leave Petition as well as on the prayer for interim relief, returnable in four weeks.

We find that since award having not been passed, there arises no question of deposit of the compensation.

Hence, there shall be stay to the extent of direction for deposit of the awarded amount. "

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the 10 Respondents on 17.03.2016 through Regd. A.D. Post. Ms. Ruchi Kohli, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance and counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 16. The counter affidavit has been included in the SLP paperbooks. Mr. C.D. Singh, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 710 but no counter affidavit has been filed so far.

The above mentioned matters were listed before the Registrar Court from time to time and when lastly listed on 22.09.2016, the following order was passed:

"Respondent Nos.1 to 6 have already filed the counter affidavit. Four weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted to

respondent Nos.7 to 10 for filing counter affidavit.

Registry to process the matter for listing immediately thereafter before the Hon'ble Court, irrespective of the fact whether counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos.7 to 10 is filed or not."

It is submitted that despite four weeks time granted by Registrar's Court to file the counter affidavit as last opportunity, no counter affidavit has been filed by counsel for Respondent Nos. 710, so far.

Service of notice is complete.

The matters above mentioned are, therefore, listed before

the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
