UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
the material available on record.
2. Exemption Applications are allowed.
3. Issue notice returnable in four weeks.
4. Liberty is granted to serve the Standing counsel for the State of Maharashtra through dasti process.
5. Subject to the petitioner paying the arrears of rent with effect from 01092019 till 28022023, along with interest at the rate of 7% p.a. to his landlord in two equal installments in four weeks and without prejudice to the legal rights of the parties, the arrest of the petitioner shall remain stayed, subject to the further condition that he shall fully cooperate with the on going investigation.
