UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

• 1 We have heard Ms Jayna Kothari, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.
• 2 Issue notice.
• 3 Tag with SLP (C) Nos 2104-2105 of 2022.
• 4 Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the petitioner was provisionally allotted a seat at (i) Dr V M Government Medical College, Solapur, Maharashtra in MD (Paediatrics) under the All-India quota; and (ii) Grant Government Medical College, Mumbai in MD (Medicine) under the State quota. The Court is informed that of the above two provisional allotments, the petitioner would pursue her claim in respect of the seat at Grant Government Medical College, Mumbai in MD (Medicine).
• 5 Pending further orders, the provisional allotment which has been made to the petitioner of a seat in MD (Medicine) at Grant Government Medical College, Mumbai shall not be disturbed to her detriment and the petitioner shall be allowed to participate in the ongoing counselling process.
