UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

  1. Three applications are on board - IA Nos. 142152, 142153 and 175994 of

2023 seek (i) to bring on record the heirs of the deceased respondent No. 1,

Mahesh Chand, (ii) condonation of delay and (iii) setting aside of abatement.

  1. Notice was issued on all these applications on 17.07.2023. Office Report dated 10.11.2023 reveals that service has been effected on all the heirs of late Mahesh Chand.

  2. Causes shown are sufficient. Abatement is set aside, upon condonation of delay. Heirs of late Mahesh Chand, described in paragraph 3 of the substitution application, are directed to be brought on record as substituted respondents.

  3. All the three applications are ordered accordingly.

  4. Let amended memo of parties be filed within two weeks.

  5. Office to process the matter and list the Special Leave Petition before an appropriate Bench in due course.
