The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 17th April, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

Desai, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance and counteraffidavit on behalf of respondent No. 1 and Mr. R. P. Goyal, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance and counteraffidavit on behalf of respondent No. 3. Both the counteraffidavits have been included in the paperbooks. A. D. card duly signed has been received back from respondent No. 2 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed rejoinder affidavit and the same has been included in the paperbooks.

And lastly, the matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 09th September, 2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"As prayed, list the matter on a nonmiscellaneous day."
