It is submitted that Counsel for the appellant has on 12th October, 2015 filed application for substituting the Lrs. of deceased appellant No.2 i.e Ranbir Singh in Civil Appeal No. 3292 of 2013 alongwith applications for Condonation of delay of 204 days in filing of substituting application. (Regd. I.A.Nos. 33 & 34 of 2015 respectively). Counsel for the appellant has filed the Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of all Lrs. of deceased Appellant.

It is further submitted that there are 2 Common respondents in these appeals. Respondent No. 1(UOI) is represented by Mr. D.S. Mahra, Advocate and Respondent No. 2 (DDA) is represented by Mr. Ashwani Kr. Sharma, Advocate. Service of notice of lodgement of petition of appeal is complete.

It is also submitted that counsel for the parties have not filed the statement of case so far. As per latest amended SCR 2013, List of date has been filed in this matter at SLP stage.

The applications in the appeals above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber with this office report for orders.
