"C.A. Nos. 3285-3300,4073 and 4072/2015

The office report indicates that the Ld. Counsel for parties have failed to file the statement of case within the period stipulated under the rules. Viewed thus, all the matters numbered above shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court under the rules.

SLP(C) Nos. 12529,12535,12540,12542,12544, 12545, 12547, 12549 and 14864/2015

Respondent No.1 in SLP(C) No. 12545, 12547, 12549/2015 shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks.

The Learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 in all the matters numbered above has stated that the appellants/petitioners have not provided the copies of the pleadings to him. The learned counsel for appellants/petitioners is directed to provide the copies of the pleadings to the learned counsel within a weeks' time and file proof. The respondent shall file the Counter Affidavit within a period of four weeks, thereafter.

SLP(C) Nos. 14864,16234,16235 and 16237/2015

Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the learned counsel for the petitioners for filing the spare copies of the petition whereafter notice shall be issued to the respondents with utmost dispatch.

List again on 6.10.2015."

SLP(C) Nos 12529, 12535, 12540, 12542, 12544, 12545, 12547 & 12549/2015:-

It is submitted that in SLP(C) Nos. 12545, 12547 & 12549/2015, counsel appearing for respondent No. 1 has not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner in all the matters has not filed proof of pleadings on the counsel appearing for respondent No. 2 so far. Hence, counsel appearing for respondent No. 2 has not filed counter affidavit in all the matters so far.

Service is complete.

SLP(C) Nos. 14864, 16234, 16235 & 16237/2015

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copies in the matters above-mentioned so far, hence show cause notice could not be issued so far.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report**.**
