SLP(C) Nos. 14558-59/2015:-

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 04.05.2012 & 28.02.2013 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in L.A. APP. No. 151/2012 & 18/2013. The matter filed against order dated 04.05.2012 is barred by time by 1047 days and matter filed against order dated 28.02.2013 is barred by time by 747 days.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 22279-85/2013 arising out of common relied upon order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08.07.2013, when the Court was pleased to grant leave. Consequently, C.A. Nos. 5480-86/2013 has been registered. Copy of order dated 08.07.2013 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of exhibits/judgment dated 03.12.2011. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 14.07.2015 and the same is placed at page No. 110 of SLP paper books.

SLP(C) No. 14657/2015:-

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 08.07.2011 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in CM No. 6750/2011 in LA App. No. 893/2010 alongwith

application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 1338) and the same has been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that these matters are directed to be tagged together as both are arising out of common relied upon order.

The matter alongwith application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
