SLP(C) CC No. 6074/2015:-

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matters have been filed against the Judgement and Order dated 08.07.2011 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in LA. APP No. 766 of 2010 with application for condonation of Delay in filing (barred by time by 1217 days) The matter was found defective and returned to the counsel. He has on 26.03.2015 refiled the matter after curing the defects which is barred by time by 21 days.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) Nos. 30825-26/2014 @ CC Nos. 16913-16914/2014 arising out of common judgment impugned in the instant matter has been relied upon by the High Court, was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 03.11.2014, when the Court was pleased to grant leave. Consequently C.A. Nos. 10261-62/2014 has been registered. Copy of Order dated 03.11.2014 is enclosed herewith.

SLP(C) CC Nos. 6140-41/2015:-

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matters have been filed against the Judgement and Orders dated 02.05.2013 and 22.11.2013 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in LA. APP No. 145 of 2007

and in Review Petition No. 350 of 2013 in L.A. APP. No. 145 of 2007. The matter filed against order dated 02.05.2013 is barred by time by 540 days and matter filed against order dated 22.11.2013 is barred by time by 336 days. The matter was found defective and returned to the counsel. He has on 21.03.2015 refiled the matter after curing the defects which is barred by time by 28 days.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copies of notification dated 25.02.1997 and 09.04.1997. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 21.03.2015 and the same is placed at page No. 120 of SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that these matters have been tagged together as both are arising out of common relied upon order.

The matters alongwith applications above-mentioned are listed before Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
