C.A. Nos. 10261-62/2014:-

It is submitted that there are two respondents in this appeal. Service of notice of lodgment of petition of appeal is complete on both the respondents and are represented by Mr. D. S. Mahra and Ms. Garima Prashad, Advocates respectively.

It is further submitted that Mr. D. S. Mahra, Advocate for respondent No. 1 has on 03.06.2015 filed counter affidavit and the same has been included in appeal paper books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the parties have not filed statement of case so far.

It is further submitted that Ms. Malini Poduwal, Advcoate for the appellants has on 31.03.2016 filed application for substitution for bringing on record Lrs. of deceased appellant (Sh. Ran Singh) in C.A. No. 10261/2014 alongwith vakalatnama/appearance of the proposed Lrs. & death certificate of the deceased appellant. Application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application has also been filed alongwith application for substitution (barred by time by 49 days) (regd. as I.A. Nos. 3 & 4 respectively) and the same is being circulated herewith.

C.A. No. 248/2015:-

It is submitted that in view of the Hon'ble Court's Order dated 07.01.2015, the instant Civil Appeal has been tagged with Civil Appeal Nos. 10261-62/2014.

It is further submitted that in this appeal there are two respondents. Respondent No. 1 is represented by Mr. D. S. Mahra, Advocate and respondent No. 2 is represented by Ms. Garima Prashad, Advocate. Service of notice of lodgment of petition of appeal is complete. Counsel for the parties have not filed the statement of case so far. List of dates has been filed in the Civil Appeal, hence, Civil Appeal is ready for hearing.

C.A. No. 3574/2015:-

It is submitted that in view of the Hon'ble Court's Order dated 06.04.2015, the instant Civil Appeal has been tagged with Civil Appeal Nos. 10261-62/2014.

It is further submitted that in this appeal there are two respondents. Service of notice of lodgment of petition of appeal is complete. Respondent No. 1 is represented by Mr. D. S. Mahra, Advocate and respondent No. 2 is represented by Mr. Ashwani Kumar, Advocate. Counsel for the parties have not filed the statement of case so far. List of dates has been filed in the Civil Appeal, hence, Civil Appeal is ready for hearing.

It is also submitted that Counsel for the respondent No.2 has on 8th March, 2016 filed counter affidavit after serving its copy on the other side. Copy of Counter affidavit has been placed with appeal paper book.

C.A. Nos. 3579-80/2015:-

It is submitted that in view of the Hon'ble Court's Order dated 06.04.2015, the instant Civil Appeal has been tagged with Civil Appeal Nos. 10261-62/2014.

It is further submitted that in this appeal there are two respondents. Service of notice of lodgment of petition of appeal is complete. Respondent No. 1 is represented by Mr. D. S. Mahra, Advocate. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No. 2 so far though served with notice. Counsel for the parties have not filed the statement of case so far. List of dates has been filed in the Civil Appeal, hence, Civil Appeal may be treated as ready for hearing.

It is lastly submittted that the appeals above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 31.03.2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Post on 20.07.2016 as first item."
